As our new Associate QA Director, you’ll be a key member of the QA Department, being an advocate for the best practices of quality assurance and quality control in a company and project level. Your QA functional, non-functional and management knowledge and experience are impressive but it’s your passion to share the knowledge and your leadership that makes you a rockstar!


As part of the QA leadership team, you’ll be proposing and helping define improvements in the QA department and collaborating in its growth. You’ll be responsible for defining and following-up the execution of the test plan for different projects for our clients worldwide. We're project-based, so we're always working with someone interesting, be it adidas, Facebook, Google, Oculus,  Netflix, or Diageo.

The Real Opportunity!


  • Collaborate with QA Directors in the planning and estimation of new work from a QA perspective to directly influence the best outcome for all the projects you are involved in.
  • Create test plans for the projects you’re involved in, and ensure its execution across the duration of the project, supporting and mentoring QA Analysts and QA Testers on the way.
  • Participate in pre-production meetings to collaborate with leaders of other departments. Surface risk within projects through effective team communication by developing a safe and trusting teamwork environment involving every team member you work with.
  • Represent the QA team in client meetings.
  • Mentor your team members, level up your leadership and management skills through bi-weekly 1-on-1s with our testers.
  • Reporting critical issues and escalating larger ones to your QA Director and project team is key.
  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken is necessary for this role.
